As a mom of 3 boys, I get it. There’s really no way to describe all of the emotions that come with being a new mom. I know that overwhelmed covers a lot of it though.
I also know something else: sleep deprivation is not a cute look, and neither is that stack of laundry that’s become a fixture in your living room. I’m here to tackle the awkward and uncomfortable parts of postpartum life – like how to soothe a crying baby while your own sanity is hanging by a thread, and how to accept help when you need it most.
With a healthy dose of sarcasm and a no-nonsense approach, I offer practical support and a space to vent about the realities of new parenthood. I’ll help you find your groove, share some laughs (or eye rolls), and ensure you don’t lose yourself in the process.
